In April 2007 The Sherman Theatre Company and Sgript Cymru merged to create a powerhouse for new writing and contemporary drama in Wales. The new company, Sherman Cymru, aims to develop, produce and present the best of new writing and to provide opportunities for the development of emerging artists and young people
The Literary team is responsible for discovering and developing theatre writing talent and for the commissioning of new works by emerging and established writers. They provide guidance and dramaturgical support to assist writers to achieve the highest possible standards in their work. |
